Sometimes it reads that the kindle price is x dollars, but for a certain day/dates it's free. when you click on the download it should be free.

Faiszah Nouri Faris June 22, 2012 at 10:30 pm

some are short yes i have seen same day could have been mistake so removed but lots of free books and low prices for others. You can also check back a few days i have found some days later still for free. Also your in Brazil unless you have a US account it may cost you due to price agreements see the fine print on the info. Other times you need to be a kindle preferred customer to get the special price. Most common reasons i have seen in past month. Lost out on Wizard of Oz full set was only .99Cents

Izabel Perrotti June 22, 2012 at 10:42 pm

thanks people.. here in Brazil we used to have an extra fee on every book, I think it was for delevery. But it was removed last year. But maybe they hold back on some free books. too bad, especially because there are so many few books in portuguese. All the books I get are in English.

Faiszah Nouri Faris June 22, 2012 at 11:10 pm

Yes would love other languages if its possible i have ladies who have been stuck without books for years im trying to help by retweeting the links.

The Digital List Price is the "regular" non-sale price. The Kindle Price is the price you pay. So since the Kindle Price is $0.00, that is what you pay :-) However when the book is no longer free, the Kindle Price will then say $3.99.

Justin Langlois June 23, 2012 at 2:10 am

Thank You so much for the free books.

Anita Hicks Long June 23, 2012 at 2:28 am

I have never had a bad reading from any of the free books. You would think that they were either no good, or old or something wrong with them since they are free. That is not the case at all. All I can say is you can't beat the price so just try them out!

Sandy McClellan June 23, 2012 at 3:22 am

Thank for the great books. Will be doing a lot of reading.

Maralee Moore Sisson June 23, 2012 at 4:39 am

Such fun to sample books from so many genres, I wouldn't want to risk buying some of these for fear I wouldn't like them. I expect to be buying plenty of books as the sequels to some of these reach the market.

Carol Yosco Guariglia June 23, 2012 at 11:21 am

I have found that this is a great way to read something you would not have chose to read if you were paying for it. I tend to stick to mysteries but have found many other books very enjoyable out of that genre.

Joy Winter June 23, 2012 at 4:21 pm

Great books here.

Sharon Dickinson June 23, 2012 at 8:18 pm

So happy with all the free books. Many authors I never had read before are really good. Thank you.
