In a world of espionage and deceit, Melanie Ward lives her life as a Secret Agent. She has tenaciously proved to be one of the top operatives for a clandestine division of the United States government. Recruited ten years ago after graduating from San Diego State University, Melanie distanced herself from family and friends, choosing instead to immerse herself into a new life.

When a justly earned promotion is snatched away by her nemesis, the arrogant and smug Finn Parker, Melanie recklessly walks away from the Agency and everything she has become. Lost with nowhere else to go, Melanie crashes and burns on her parents’ old plaid couch. This is not your typical spy story. James Bond never had to suffer through a barrage of blind dates instigated by his “loving” mother with the help of his college roommates.

As Melanie struggles to repair broken relationships and heal old wounds, she realizes she belongs in her secret world of lies. But then there’s Adam…

In 1992, Bosnia & Herzegovina is a young nation on the brink of destruction. Devastated by passionate cries for independence and a complicated holy war, it has become the battleground for the most violent and brutal crimes in Europe since the end of World War II. In the fictional town of Zenovica, located in the mountains north of Sarajevo, Violeta Petrovic has watched these events unfold on the news with wide-eyed disbelief. She questions the possibility that such bedlam and betrayal could ever find its way to her community.

Only when Violeta meets the ghost of Sanja Imamović does she begin to realize how truly heartbreaking Bosnia’s war is… and how difficult it will be to stop.

The Notice is a tale of courage and redemption set against the graphic backdrop of unspeakable atrocities, and the story of how Violeta’s life is drastically altered by the conflict in her country.

The next President is going to be a woman…

Catherine Young, Vice President and newly-anointed Democratic nominee, is surging in the polls. The race is on against GOP candidate Jerusha Hutchins, former stewardess and blonde beauty, who is the darling of the far-right Liberty Party. But with political wunderkind Zane Zarillo running her campaign, Catherine is bound to hold her lead.

Suddenly a medical emergency puts the President in the hospital and forces Catherine to act in his place… a perfect opportunity for her to show her Oval Office stuff.
